Q: Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

Yes, we are a provider for Medicaid and the state-wide Sooner Ride program. While only a few Medicare plans cover non-emergency transportation, we are willing to work with insurance companies to accommodate this. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about coverage for our services. We are happy to work with all insurance providers to reduce the cost of service for you.

Q: What are your service hours? Are you available on weekends?

Our regular business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are available to provide services 24 hours a day, including weekends and after hours, with pre-scheduled trips outside our regular business hours incurring a nominal surcharge.
